Tuesday - Day 13
My body is aching ..... i have stepped up on the wieght trainin... which is making my muscles really sore... but i guess that should be a good feeling ...at least that is what i am telling myself...
Hahaha ...i am fighting off my sweet tooth which is really hard.... i love chocolate... everyday i try to like bargin with my diet but its all in vain... =( i do have a free day where i can indulge in some of my favorite yummy eats but for some reason my body isn't enjoying them as much i use to....
I feel i am in some kind of an experiment .... wait that's exactly what this is.... i have to agree i do feel much better... that cold that i was starting to get at the begin didn't last a over a day .... NICE!
My other challenge i really need to overcome is GETTING MORE SLEEP.... i am a night owl... i love staying up late ...but i'll work on it ...i just can't see myself going to bed at 9:00pm =\.....

I am a night owl too. Fortunately, I don't work until noon, so I can still go to bed at midnight and get 8-9 hours.

I am a night owl too, but I always find that I feel better when I get to sleep earlier. It's hard to be a grown up! :)
I do that - where I have one day a week and eat whatever I want. I always anticipate that day and it's so fun. I've been doing that for probably 14 years.
Another night owl checking in. It's the one time of day when I know no one will need me and the phone won't ring. Quiet ME time which is, for all of us, a rare thing.
Keep up the good work. I have totally lost steam but HAVE to start kicking my own butt again or I'm gonna regain all that I lost. Gah!
Goodness, did I write this? I'm trying to cut back on my sweet tooth and go to bed earlier. Maybe we can encourage each other.
You go girl! I am so impressed with all you're doing. Maybe enough to go to bed before midnight and cut out the sweets myself.

I need to get more sleep too. I'm a night owl but I also like to be up and at 'em early in the morning, which doesn't work so well when you've stayed up until 2 a.m. the night before!
wow..never realized how many nite owls are out there... yay for nite owls ...now lets get some sleep!!!
I think you just wrote about my struggles. The new year is coming up and I'll be selling my soul to the gym again.
